I always use Flying Flowers when I want to send flowers as the flowers are always delivered on time and my friends are always delighted.

The flowers with vase I ordered arrived in a bad state, vase broken and poor flowers. Really disappointed.
Was refunded but v sad as it was a special birthday surprise for my friend

I always ask the receipient to send me photos of their flowers when delivered, to ensure they are the flowers I ordered and reflect the photo and quality of those on your site, as I have been very disappointed in the past. Arrived on time, which is good, but last time I ordered, they did not reach my relative's birthday, which was frustrating.

Ordered a bunch of Sunflowers on Thursday, two weeks ago, for delivery on the Saturday by post. They arrived as requested and the flowers were reported as lovely by the lady whose birthday it was. I was most impressed by this, as I did not expect them to arrive until the Monday. Many, many thanks for your service on this occasion.

Unfort I have had two bad experiences now with this company.First time no chocs with flowers.This time I orderd again as I didnt realise it was the same company and 6 days on no flowers and my freinds birthday has come and gone and these were meant to be a surprise The customer service team are awful keep telling me that they dont have trackable royal mail.Will not be using again i do not recommend.No refund has been issued
